The Health Care Ministry is a group of parishioners interested in and committed to promoting health and wellness in the parish. The Health Care Ministry always welcomes new volunteers or if you would like to start coordinate a new free fitness activity at the parish, please let us know!
St. B’s Walking Group and Get Fit While You Sit Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10 am in the PLC. If you are unable to attend, you can still do a lot to keep healthy. Here are some tips: Keep Moving: Staying home doesn't have to mean sitting around at home. There's no shortage of creative ways to maintain a healthy routine, and every little bit helps.
Blood Drives: Individuals 16 and older are invited to give blood 4-5 times a year. Blood drives are held in conjunction with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center on designated Sundays. Many church members, their family members, and others have been given the gift of life from this ever growing resource.
CPR Education: Our goal is to equip parishioners to act in emergencies and ultimately save lives. Online classes are designed to provide the skills and practice that are needed to act in an emergency.
