What is done
The building was taken down to the studs. All flooring, wall coverings, fixtures were removed after remediation. Since that time, there has been a tremendous amount of work. Here are the things that are completed:
- The floors have been floated
- Sheetrock is up in most areas
- Most of the classroom doors have been primed and painted
- Wiring that can be done now has been done
- Walls have been insulated
- Plumbing improvements have been made
- Classroom doors have been stripped and painted
Finish piping improvements and install all fixtures

What needs to be
There is still much work to be done, but we are really pleased with the progress so far. We look forward to the following:
Finish painting classroom doors 2nd coat
Install remainder of wiring
Install vanities, faucets and mirrors
Install flooring
Install all cabinets and countertops
Prime and paint all walls
